Recipe of "No-Yeast, Yogurt Flatbread - tava ekmeği"

Today, we are making quick bread. You are able to make this super easy homemade bread without yeast because we use baking powder instead of it. In this recipe, we are using our homemade yogurt, because it is as the acid and moisture in the recipe. Also yogurt makes our breads very very soft like cotton. In this way, you may get a fast and instant rise with a deliciously tangy flavor. Bye the way, cooking process of bread is very easy and fast. When you cook this delicious and yummy bread; all you need is a medium sized pan (cast iron skillet/Tawa-Tava-) and a stovetop that can get pretty hot. You don’t even need oil (olive oil, vegetable oil, Corn oil or butter) to grease the pan. Just a clean and dry pan (cast iron skillet/Tawa-Tava-) that you can place the dough directly on. Some friends and neighbours said that they can make it in the oven, it is up to you, but we recommend that hot pan, because it is just so much easier for you to have a hot pan going while we roll out dough.

If you don’t always have time to make bread. Think and try our super easy bread recipe. No mixing and kneading, and waiting, and shaping, and waiting again. That’s why we love this quick recipe for this easy bread because it cuts out all the wait time by removing the need for yeast. You have freshly-made flatbread on your table in less than 40-45 minutes. It’s the very basic food that goes with everything; such as  Steak-and-potatoes-one-pot ,  Roasted-Beef-or-mutton-kavurma ,  Oven-baked-lamb-chops , Turkish-shish-kabab-kuzu-sis ,  Turkish-chicken-shish-kabab ,  Turkish-stuffed-eggplant-karniyarik ,   Meat-balls-in-sauce-sulu-kofte-
