Furthermore, according to some culinary experts; Anatolian meat meals are very unique all around the world.  We are agree with this idea. Our meats and meat base meals are really very delicious, yummy and unique.

Yes, Steak and potatoes dinner is our and most of the Turkish people' number 1 meal. Steak and potatoes dinner is an very easy one-pot dish: First, you decide to cook it, then put the all materials (meat and vegerables) into press-cooker, that is it! This meal can be made using your pressure-cooker, instant pot, slow-cooker,  or a normal pot simmering on the store top. We often used our pressure-cooker for this dinner. 

         Here it is our "Steak and Potatoes One-pot Dinner Recipe". This stew-like dish recipe contains a lot of potatoes already, it is optional, you can ofcourse use less potatoes (forexample in this recipe we add less potatoes).          How to Make a Restaurant-quality Steak&Potatoes One-pot Dinner

         Ingredients:

         Serve: 2 or 3 servings, Preparation Time: 5 - 7minutes, Cooking Time: 20 - 25 minutes,  Cuisine: Mediterranean/Anatolian Cuisine,

         - 2 or 3 Beef Steaks, (it is optional, Fat trimmed or Faty steak),
         - 1 Tablespoon Butter,
         - 1 Tablespoon Olive oil,
         - 3 Cloves Garlic , finely minced,
         - 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste, (or 2 Tomatoes, grated),
         - 1 Large Onion or normal size onions, chopped roughly large chunks,
         - 1 or 2 normal size Potatoes, peeled and quartered,
         - 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 
         - 1 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes, 
         - 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme ,
         - A little salt, (1 pinch),
         - 1 Cup hot water,

         Preparation:


    First of all, take 1 Tablespoon olive oil greased skillet your beef steak. Aproximately, cook for three or four minutes each sides of Beef Steak (until Steak turn to brown). Set aside. After this process, put the all materials (meat, spicies and vegetables) into your press-cooker. How; first: place the butter, onion, minced garlic, potatoes and spicies into your pressure-cooker (instant pot) and cook until butter melt, then add your steak. Then, close your pressure-cooker (or instant pot) and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes. Serve the Steak and potatoes over rice (Turkish pilaf) or cracked wheat pilaf (Turkish Bulgur pilaf).
