        Preparation:

First of all, put all ingredients on the work table, (pls smile: Because your family dying of your hand made foods very much - how happy to you). Then, peel the cucumbers; cut them into half and chop them into bite sized cubes (but if you want; cut them into half and use spoon to scope out the seeds. It is optional). Then chop to tomatoes coarsely and then dice your onion, then dice your green bell pepper. After these processes, in a large and deep bowl, mix your cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, parsley or fresh mint with the green olives. Then, add olive oil, lemon juice and salt and mix them very well. (If you want) add a Splash Vinegar. Mix very well to coat all the ingredients. Let your salad stand for 5-8 minutes to melt flavor,  then serve. (Our this salad is best served immediately after dressing. Try to make only as much as you will eat one dish, as the left over -please do not improve with refrigerator).   Also, you like our  Turkish-navy-bean-salad-piyaz-recipe
