       Homemade Yogurt recipe
       Do you wanna make your own rich, healty, creamy and delicious "Homemade Yogurt" at a home. If  you say "yes" this is good for you, but you thought that it was too difficult, be use you have not made homemade Yogurt before. We just say as shortly; "it is not difficult at all". Well, homemade yogurt is surprisingly simple to make (not complicated). Also homemade yogurt is rediculously fun and cheap. We recommend it to everyone.

       Basically, to make homemade yogurt at home, all you need is "yogurt starter/bacteria" (it is known as yogurt starter culture) and "milk". Maybe, learning how to make homemade yogurt at home is very easy with the our "Homemade Yogurt Recipe". 
      
      According to the some historians; Central Asia, Anatolian and Balkans are the homeland of yogurt. So that, in Turkey/Anatolian, yogurt holds an important place in the Turkish People's nutrition. Today, Yogurt is not only very famous throughout the Anatolian region but also it is famous most of the Mediterranean regions and rest of the world. 
Yogurt is a healty sorce of protein, calcium, magnesium and other essential vitamins. Also, yogurt contains useful bacteria known as probiotics,  which are good bacteria that live in person's digestive track and can improve digestion process.  Further more, We offer "Homemade Yogurt" for the elderly people who have chewing or swallowing difficulties.
       
    Before the give recipe of homemade yogurt, we should keep in mind three points, while we make homemade yogurt; 
1- Heat up milk (this kills dangerous microbes in your milk)
2- Combine with a little bit of yogurt starter (yogurt starter culture/bacteria)
3- And let it sit in a warm spot until the milk turns to yogurt.
4- We recommend that to keep making your own homemade yogurt, save some of the last batch of yogurt. Because it help to start the next homemade yogurt.    
     
(Oven methot)
     Ingredients:
- Milk (Equal to amount of yogurt you want or 4 cups Nonfat or low fat milk)
- Yogurt starter (2 table spoons live culture yogurt - it can be nonfat or low fat plain yogurt)
     
      Preparetion:
    Yogurt is a food product obtained bye the fermentation of milk (Cow, sheep or goats milk). Generally, Homemade Yogurt Preparetion process takes 30 minutes and it is ready in 8-10 hours. First of all, pour milk into container (or large pot) and heat over medium or low level heat. Don't forget to stir frequently to milk, because this prevents milk burning. Heat the milk to 180 degrees F./ 80-85 degrees C. Take off heat and let it cool to 110-116 degrees F./ 43-46 degrees C. Then add the yogurt starter and mix well. Close yogurt container and place in oven (We use oven methot to create a warm environment for making yogurt. First of all; turn on your oven on to 200 degrees F/90-95 degrees C. For about 5 minutes then turn it off then keep your yogurt container warm in your oven). Let yogurt container sit for 6-8 hours, until thick cream is formed. Then, place the yogurt container in the refrigerator to cool, as the yogurt cool,  it will get even thicker, also you may keep yogurt up to 10-15 days in the refrigerator.
