According to medical science; daily eating times (Especialy for breakfast times) and eating habits are so important for the human's health. Everyone has a natural "Organism (body) Clock" that they are born with. Further more, Biological Clock tells one when it is breakfast time, when it is lunch time and when it is dinner time even it tells when it is bed time. On the other hand, todays technological world keeps person very busy and it mostly against the Organism (body) Clock. Sothat, sometimes we forget to breakfast or cant find time to have breakfast. But, do you know that what our "Biological clock" says? It says that day must be begin at 07:00 am in the morning, and it must be start with a strong, hearty and healty breakfast. Especially we still feel ourselves very weak in this time, yes we wake up but our organisms are still weak in this time. In this part, The muscles and joint are cold so we feel hard our body and stiffen our joint. We should avoid sports at this time. Instead of it, have a good and strong breakfast is really good idea for you in this time. When your omelette is done, fold and transfer it to a plate and cut into portions. |
Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 Eggs,
- 2 or 3 Green onions (scallion) or 1 Cup Chopped onion stalks, ramps, abd its green leaves,
- Half or 1/4 cup of milk,
- 1,5 or 2 Tablespoons butter,
- 2 Teaspoons all purpose flour,
- Half or 1 cup of grated Pale yellow cheese/Mozzarella Cheese, (plus: cut a small part of cheese and cut it sliced)
- A pinch of salt to taste,
- A pinch of ground black pepper to taste, (plus: it is optional: if you want, you can use a pinch of Red flakes pepper),
Preparation:
First of all, put your all ingredients (Eggs, green onions, milk, flour, salt, ground black pepper, Pale Yellow Cheese/Mozzarella Cheese) on your work surface (work table).Take a deep and large bowl. Then, beat your eggs together with salt and ground black pepper pepper in a deep bowl (if you want, you can add a pinch of Red flakes pepper in it). Then add milk and keep beating. Add all purpose flour and mix well together until to lumps. Then, add the butter to a skillet and set the heat to medium-low. After about a minute or the 2 minutes, add the green onions and onion stalks and sauté for a few minutes or until soft. When the green onions and onion stalks are sautéing, add the egg mixture into a boil. Whisk together until scrambled. Raise the heat to medium and pour the egg on top of the green onions so that the eggs cover the entire surface. At this time place your sliced Pale Yellow Cheese/Mozzarella Cheese on surface of eggs mixture. After a couple of minutes (a minute or two minutes), lower the heat back to medium-low. Cook until the your eggs are set. When your omelette is done, fold and transfer the omelet to a plate and cut into portions.
