18:00 DELICIOUS MEDITERRANEAN FOODS of DINNER IS A GOOD IDEA FOR YOU (Exhaust starts & it is time for dinner): In this hour our muscles begin to get weak and our stomach begin to release acid the most at this time. It is a good time for dinner. Bye the way, we recommend that delicious Mediterranean foods for you as a dinner. Also in this hour, the pancreas is especially much active at this hour.


        19:00 - 20:00 MAYBE YOU THINK THAT IT IS TOO EARLY FOR SLEEP TİME! (Life sweetens and sleep time approaches): In these hours, we are in evening time and bye the darkness of the weather our organisms prepare themselves for sleep. Also, in this part of time, The blood pressure decrease and the pulse slow down. On the other hand, digestion continues.


        21:00 PAY ATENTİON PLEASE!!! AT THIS TIME EATING IS TOO DANGEROUS:  In this hour, we are at the end of the digestion process and daily routine of these digestion organs comes to cease. Unfortunatelly, the food eaten after this hour waits in stomach till morning time without digestion (we dont recommend dinner or snack at this time). This is a dangerous situation. Because, this meal or food which is not digest decays in stomach and turn into very harmful things. This harmful acid flows in the intestinal mucous. 




        22:00 NO SMOKING NO SMOKING PLEASE!!! "IMMUNE SYSTEM EMBARKS ON WORKING EFFICIENTLY" Process: In this hour; the activity of leukocytes increases. But, the organism cannot discharge the poisons like nicotine after this time. These kinds of poisons stay in the our organism till morning and damage it. Briefly, NO SMOKING! PLEASE.

        23:00 IT IS THE BEST TIME FOR RESTING AND SLEEP ING (Sleep and Rest Process): In this hour, the release of stress hormon stops in our organisms. Especially, we feel ourselves really good and we calm down, relax and get easy at this time. Our organisms need really rest in this hour and also the blood pressure and body temperature decrease in this time. Ten or fiften minutes later  Heartbeat and brain's working slow down. Then half an hour later we dive deep into sleep. According to Prof. Dr. Aziz SANCAR (from Carolina University); Person should switch off the lights while he/she sleeps. Because, Sancar explain that switching off the lights while sleeping is very important for healty functioning of the Biological Clock of the organism. Also, he adds that for people who are afraid of the darkness it is more suitable to use red lights as a night light. On the other hand, Suzanne WARNER warns mothers and fathers for their kids' daily habits. According to Warner; "every person has a genetic inclination towards waking up early in the morning or going to bed late in the night." But, due to the hormone changes in teenagers/youngster (puberty ages), person (teenagers) begins to go to bed late in the night and wake up late in the in the morning. Warner explained that environmental factors may cause problems in sleeping states. She also say that, the artificial lights such as night lights (Room's light, Smart Phone's light, Computer's light) cause the melatonin hormone to be released lesser. Warner suggest that mothers and fathers Dimitris the light and turn off the computer, Smart Phone and TV an hour before sleeping to struggle with the sleeping problem of teenagers.

        24:00 OUR ORGANISMS RENEWED THE SEVER WHILE WE SLEEP: In this hour, after the dinner we get enough nutrition. Then, this nutrition is used for restoration of the cells renewed themselves. Our hair grow and cells renew themselves in this time. All the tissues which wear out during the day time renew during the sleep time. Missing the opportunity of renewal process means (Unfortunatelly) to get older a little bit.

       01:00 - 02:00 PLEASE NO DRIVING, PLEASE NO WORK IN THIS TIME (The productivity and attention is in the lowest level): People who work still at this time make a lot of mistakes because the body adopt itself to sleeping. Our eyesights get weak, reactions slow down. Hence, traffic accidents take place a lot at this hours.

        03:00 WE SHOULD THINK POSITIVE AND STAY POSITIVE (Time for metaphysical tension and introspection): We feel ourselves very lazy and unstable in this hour. Because, our organisms release melatonin hormone and it makes the body lazy and unstable. According to scientists; these are the hours when most suicides take place. Thus, we should vigilant and stay positive in these hours (03:00-05:00). This is the most appropriate time for prayer, - for muslims Thajjud (Thajjud is a special islamic prayer which is recommended -but not compulsory- for all Muslims. Its time is night) prayer-.

        04:00 HELLO NEW BRAND DAY (First dithers for the new day):  In this process; we get back our energy because the stress hormone embarks on releasing again . Our organisms begin to prepare itself for the new day. The Vein tense and blood pressure increases in this hour. Thus, infraction crisis especially take place mostly between 04:00 - 06:00 bands. Cardiac and blood pressure patients should take care of themselves in these hours.
